This policy covers simmball.com, the website of SIMMBALL. It explains what happens to information while you read the site. We have kept it as short as the facts allow.

In short

• No accounts, no forms, no advertising.
• No third-party trackers. We do not sell data.
• One functional cookie, set only if you choose a language.
• A few preferences kept in your own browser.
• Aggregate page-view counts, collected without cookies or fingerprinting.

Who we are

The site is operated by SIMMBALL. For any question or request about privacy, write to support@simmball.com.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare (Workers Static Assets). To deliver pages and keep the site secure, Cloudflare processes the data that comes with each request, such as your IP address. Cloudflare handles that data under its own privacy policy.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the site is read. It sets no cookies and does not fingerprint your browser. What we see are aggregate figures, such as page views, not records of individual visitors.

Cookies

We set one cookie, and only when you ask for it.

• Name: lang
• Value: en or ko
• Set: only when you choose a language yourself
• Lifetime: up to one year
• Purpose: remembering your language choice, and nothing else

If your browser prefers Korean, you may be redirected to the Korean edition. That decision uses the Accept-Language header your browser sends and the approximate country Cloudflare attaches to the request. It is made for each request, and we do not store it.

Storage in your browser

A few preferences are saved in your browser's own storage. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.

• theme (localStorage): your light or dark theme preference.
• simmball:fig1 (sessionStorage): a note that an animation has already been shown.
• simmball:vt-locale (sessionStorage): a note that a language switch is in progress.

The two sessionStorage entries are cleared when you close the tab.

Email

If you write to support@simmball.com, we use your message and email address only to reply to you.

Our other products

SIMMBALL also makes separate products, such as GIF Den, OnceSig and PolicyForge. Each has its own privacy policy. This page does not cover them.

You can write to support@simmball.com with any question about this policy or any request about your information.

Clearing your browser data for simmball.com removes the lang cookie and every storage entry listed above.
